01 · Procurement
Who is eligible to purchase Halcyon peptides?

Procurement is restricted to credentialed institutional research programmes, accredited laboratories, and licensed academic facilities. Eligibility is verified during account registration.

Are these materials approved for human use?

No. All Halcyon peptides are supplied strictly for in vitro research applications. They are not approved by any regulatory body for human or veterinary administration.

What is the typical lead time on standard catalogue items?

Catalogue items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days of order verification. Custom syntheses follow a 10 to 14 day lead time, depending on sequence length and modification requirements.

Do you offer institutional purchase orders or net terms?

Yes. Verified institutional accounts may apply for Net-30 or Net-60 terms following a single successful prepaid order. Submit an inquiry through the contact form for approval.

02 · Quality & Testing
How is purity verified?

Every lot undergoes HPLC analysis to verify chromatographic purity ≥99%, alongside MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry for mass confirmation and amino-acid analysis for compositional verification.

Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis for my order?

Lot-specific COAs are published in the COA Library, indexed by product category and lot number. Each shipment also ships with a printed COA inside the package.

What is your in-house metrology accreditation?

Our metrology laboratory operates under ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation (file 17025-A/4498), with all primary instrumentation traceable to BIPM and NIST standards.

03 · Shipping & Handling
How are peptides shipped?

All peptides ship at ambient temperature under inert packaging. Cold-chain shipping with documented temperature logging is available on request for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most jurisdictions where institutional research procurement is permitted. Certain countries may require additional import documentation, which our compliance team will coordinate.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the materials, opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund minus restocking and cold-chain handling fees.

04 · Account & Compliance
What documentation is required to register?

Researchers must provide an institutional email, proof of affiliation with an accredited research facility, and acknowledge our institutional terms of procurement during sign-up.

How is my data protected?

Account credentials are encrypted at rest under AES-256. Order and procurement records are retained under our institutional privacy policy and applicable jurisdictional data-protection statutes.
